I hope you know how many people with AIDS in under developed countries such as Mexico, many parts of Africa, and other areas in the world with poor health care are DESPERATE to be treated let alone immigrate to another country.

@ ashthegreat You do know that alot of people have Aids not thrue their own "stuppid actions" as you like to put it. Think of all the kids that are born with it or by a failure in a hospital. Dont put them all in to 1 box.
These aren't the majority. For children, they die at an early age BY THE WAY. Before they can reproduce because they have a weak immune system anyway.
No adult was EVER born with HIV infection. He wouldn't reach the adult stage.
You can't bring them into the country! Until you all find a FUCKING CURE!!! Now keep them out because EVERYONE is dying from it anyway! Put them in one population and you got yourselves and extinct sick and poor America.
